8th, December 2014, CITIC Capital Partnerslaunched a tender offer to acquire a controlling stake of MORITEX Corporation.Jan 28^th 2016, CITIC Capital Partners acquired all controlling stakeof MORITEX to be the wholly-owned investment company to MORITEX.

To achieve incremental growth, CITIC Capitalwill leverage its unique capabilities, such as an extensive network and trackrecord throughout China and the rest of Asia, resources, knowledge, consultingability and business management knowhow to support the further growth of MORITEX.
