Responsibilities:
1. Ensure incoming calls are answered promptly, appropriately and courteously;
2. To alternative interpreting all matters related to customers’ request;
3. To play the role as coordinator in the course of service delivery to customer;
4. Provide quality interpretation service to customers;
Qualification:
1. College degree or above;
2. Excellent spoken English;
3. Strong communication skill;
4. One year customer service experience is preferred;
5. Available to work weekdays and weekends and can work in shifts;
6. Good office skills;
