职位要求
1、配合销售人员做售前产品技术讲解、产品演示及技术要点答疑;
2、为当地客户提供专业服务,处理在产品使用过程中出现的异常情况,排查问题并解决;
3、收集并汇总客户需求、售后技术反馈数据并及时反馈相关负责人,协助完善产品体系。
1. Assist sales personnel in pre-sales product technical presentations, demonstrations, and answering technical queries;
2. Provide professional services to local customers, handle abnormal situations in the product usage process, troubleshoot and solve problems;
3. Collect and summarize customer requirements, after-sales technical feedback data and promptly feedback to the responsible persons to help improve the product system.
1、本科或以上学历,计算机硬件、软件、通信等理工科专业优先,小语种专业优先;
2、英语听、说、读、写能力佳;
3、工作主动积极性强,沟通能力强,能适应长期海外出差;
4、在华留学生、海外留学生或交换生经验优先考虑;
5、掌握其中一门第二外语(德、意、法、西、日、俄、波兰、土耳其、阿拉伯)优先考虑。
1. Bachelor's degree or above, priority to Science
2. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities;
3. Highly proactive and strong communication skills, able to adapt to long-term overseas business trips;
4. Overseas study or exchange experience is preferred;
5. Proficiency in a second foreign language (German, Italian, French, Spanish, Japanese, Russian, Polish, Turkish, Arabic) is preferred.
