Exception Management异常管理
1. Familiar with quality control standard, coordinate and follow up all kinds of exception quality problems.
熟悉品控标准,协调跟进各类商品品质异常问题。
2. Familiar with the operation procedures and follow up the exception solutions among departments and distribution centers.
熟悉各操作程序,跟进各部门之间、各配送中心之间的异常解决。
3. Provide good service and coordinate the determination, verification and closure of store exception feedback.
盛情服务,统筹门店异常的判定、核查、结案。
4. Continuously analyze the result data, propose improvement Suggestions, and conduct root cause analysis.
持续分析结果数据,提出改进意见,并进行根本原因分析。

1. Familiar with the basic logic of GLS system and complete the system basic setting requirements and changes of each department.
熟悉GLS系统逻辑,完成各部门系统基础设置需求及变更。
2. Complete the system setting and ID setting of axonify and other system software.
完成Axonify等系统软件的设置和人员设置。
