On-site Operation现场操作
1. Arrange daily work and position, allocate manpower reasonably, and report team status to manager at any time.
做好日常工作及岗位安排,合理调配人手,随时向经理汇报人员状况。
2. Manage the operation standards of employees and focus their work efficiency and quality.
管理员工的操作规范,关注员工工作效率及质量。
3. Familiar with the operation process, timely follow the changes and optimization of procedures.
熟悉操作流程,及时关注程序的变化和优化。
4. Follow up quality/safety issues, deal with exception, and provide support and advice to upper management and relevant departments.
跟进质量/安全问题,处理异常,为上级管理层及相关部门提供支持及建议。
5. Proficient in operating the setup of various systems and following up system anomalies
熟练操作各系统的设置及系统异常的跟进处理。
6. Effectively serve the overall operation of the operating unit, and provide good and effective communication and coordination among the operating departments
有效服务营运单位的整体运作,为营运部门间的高效协作提供良好有效的沟通协调.
7. Identify potential risks, give reasonable suggestions to avoid in advance, and follow up exception handling
识别潜在风险,并给予合理化建议以提前规避,跟进例外处理。
8. Combine with the result data, analyze the root cause of the problem and give reasonable Suggestions.
结合结果数据,分析问题根本原因,给出合理化建议。
