Responsibilities:





Work with Product Development teams to create the most value on new connector/cable assembly designs by providing quick and flexible signal integrity analysis

Support Sales and FAE on designing in our products at the customer

Build credibility with our customers with our technical competency

Add to SI knowledge base on connector/cable assembly design





Qualification:







1) Educational Degree: bachelors or Master’s degree

2) Professional Experience (in what processes and function)



Signal Integrity analysis in any cable、connector or chip company.
3) Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills



Advanced knowledge of Software tools: HFSS, ADS, CST

Advanced knowledge of hardware equipment: VNA, TDR, BERT,

Advanced knowledge of signals and systems

Understanding of system design

Understanding of industry standards

Understanding of PCB manufacturing techniques.

Good troubleshooting skills

Good communication skills

Conversational English wanted

Team player
