Communication with customers for addressing their requirements and follow; ? Deploy customer requirements and ensure proper understanding and implementation; ? Handling of customer complaints and concerns, reply customer as required; ? Coordinate root cause analysis, assist the responsible dept. to define corrective and preventive actions for any failure at customer side; ? Monitor the effectiveness of corrective action; ?Horizontal and vertical deployment of corrective action; ?Identify the potential opportunity and risk for any improvement on behalf of customer; ? Participating customer audit and follow up; ? PPAP submission; ? Participate project development, including CC/SC definition to comply customer requirement; ? Deliver training related to customer requirements and quality tools; ? Perform other assigned tasks, not specifically mentioned in the job description. ? TS16949 in comply with environmental and safety laws;Familiar with the department goal is avoiding jeopardizing employee, customer or public safety, as well as the state of the environment in general; ? Quality and environment duty: Know and implement company quality and environment policy, obey relevant law and regulation; Know dept environment factors and dangerous factors. ? SHEF Duty:Implement related safety laws, Autoliv safety rules and regulations, AS320. Involved in emergency and disaster relief, associate to safety issues investigation.
