职位要求
岗位职责：
1. Motor design/development/verification to ensure motor fully meets customer requirement in term of Performance, Quality, Cost and Delivery。
电机的设计/开发/验证，以确保电机在性能，质量，成本和交付方面完全满足客户的要求。
2.Continuous improvement on platform design to ensure our sustainability over competition on agility / flexibility to customer aggressive demanding.
持续改进平台设计，确保我们在敏捷性/灵活性方面具有竞争力，可满足客户的积极要求。
3.Support and troubleshooting at product qualification with customer and quality improvement at mass production.
在产品认证和客户进行故障排除时，在批量生产时进行质量改进。
4.Understand product qualification with customer and in house, troubleshooting to ensure project not delay.
了解客户及内部产品资质，排除故障，确保项目不延误。
5.Motor development (performance calculate, structure design etc) and Design For Manufacturing is optimized to supply chain for manufacturability, quality, lead time and cost.
电机开发（性能计算，结构设计等）和制造设计针对供应链的可制造性，质量，交货时间和成本进行了优化。
岗位要求：
1.Universit Degree in Motor Engineering
本科学历，电机工程专业
2. More than 3 years working experience in motor industrymotor development and design.
3年以上电机行业电机开发设计工作经验
3. Familiar with PMDC and BLDC motor design, DFMEA, Solidworks, Maxwell, Flux, Motor-CAD, Jmag
熟悉PMDC和BLDC电机设计、 DFMEA，熟悉Solidworks、Maxwell、Flux、Motor-CAD、Jmag等软件
4. Good English ability
较好的英语能力（可适当放宽）
5. Good interpersonal, logic thinking(interact with customer, production, crossing function),pro-active, discipline and self-management with minimum guidance.
良好的人际关系，逻辑思维（与客户、生产、跨部门互动），积极主动，自律，自我管理。
