? Establish, install, and maintain wage incentive plans as applicable based on standards.
? Provide plant management with information, studies, and recommendations either self-initiated, or requested by leadership.
? Act as company representation in arbitration cases and assist production with labor problems and grievances.
? Support plant/ business center in achieving production goals by identifying, developing and implementing Focused Improvement (FI) opportunities aligned with plant optimization and zero loss.
