工作职责：
1. 负责公司工程项目陆地建造及海上安装的涂装专业的质量控制工作
Responsible for the coating inspection and quality control of the onshore construction and the offshore installation.
2. 熟悉涂装专业的规格书、标准并负责编制检验程序
Be familiar with coating specification, code and compile inspection procedure.
3. 负责审核施工单位自检组织机构及自检员资质，确保施工单位建立完整有效的自检体系Responsible for reviewing construction department’s self-inspection organization and self-inspector qualification, ensure construction department build effective self-inspection system.
4. 监督施工单位自检员进行施工过程控制工作
Monitor construction department’s self-inspector to do process control
5. 统计分析施工单位施工质量情况，协调解决生产过程中遇到的质量问题，并提出整改建议，协助各生产单位和项目完成质量目标
Responsible for statistics and analysis of coating construction quality, solving quality problem in the productive process, putting forward correction action and suggestion, giving assistance to production department and project to finish the company quality goal.
