Responsibility for SQE:

1. Take responsible for supplier quality improvement as high-quality target
2. Handle incoming daily issues from related department such as MP, Sourcing
Lead and monitor the
implementation of preventive and corrective action plans
7. Actively work with supplier to improve their skills and capabilities to
maintain consistent quality

Requirements:

1. Master quality control tools, i.e. APQP, FMEA, SPC, 8D, etc
2. Be familiar with understanding different international standards and
manufacturing processes (Product Categories are fastener, casting goods,
stamping goods, Machining parts or other industrial parts)
3. Be familiar to stamping, forging, casting, machining, heat treatment or
plastic injection processes
4. Working in a fast-paced environment, having the ability to handle
numerous product types at one time
5. Integrity and enterprise for job and can bear high working pressure
6. Good team player and communication skills
7. Good command of English language both oral and written, as well as
computer skills
8. May be asked to travel frequently within China
