Job Description:
1- Identification and selection of potential industrial site to implement our new factory
2- Manage the regulatory aspect for the storage and manufacture of fragrances compounds on the selected site
3- Propose CAPEX and OPEX (identify the resources needed to run the plant efficiently in the respect of the local regulations)
4- Manage the Operations of the new facility which includes the supervision of production, quality control, purchasing, stock management, warehousing and other logistic matters and direct plant optimization

Education/Experience-
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Business, Industrial Engineering or related field required
Ten to fifteen years of similar experience
Experience in the fragrance industry required
Similar related experience maybe considered
Fluent in Mandarin, good communications skills in English and Cantonese (optional)
Good command of an ERP system
