岗位要求：
Graduate of metallurgy, material science, or any course affiliated with FOUNDRY.
Must be working in TREATMENT/MELTING for a minimum of 5 years. Able to DESIGN and CREATE a “material charge sheet” for specific alloy standard.
Must know and familiar with the function of each alloys, raw material down to the elemental details of each material.
Familiar with IRON family, properties, differences, and process how to create it from scrap!
Must know how to CORRELATE the result of the chemistry, mechanical, and microstructure, knowledge on thermal analysis is a plus points.
Must have a wide knowledge of casting defects and how to resolve it!
Familiarity will all the LOCAL and INTERNATIONAL standard of ****ing, its use, machine used, functions and application.
Highly motivated!
Willing to undergo “tough” melting environment!
Independent, self-sufficient, can work with task under pressure on group and as an individual.
Logical and willing to learn attitude! COMMON SENSE is a must!
Good English communication and understanding is a plus points!
