1. Do daily work review and on-site operation guidance, effectively solve the problems in daily work.

2. Supervise the operation department to strictly implement the operation procedure, track the update and review of the process, and ensure the orderly implementation of the department’s work.

3. Follow up quality problems, lead related departments to follow up and make improvement plan.
跟进质量问题,并主导相关部门跟进解决并制定改善方案.
4. Effectively serve the overall operation of the operating unit, and provide good and effective communication and coordination for among the operating departments.
有效服务营运单位的整体运作,为营运部门间的高效协作提供良好有效的沟通协调。
5. Identify potential risks, formulate preventive measures to avoid them in advance and follow up exception handling.
识别潜在风险,并制定预防措施以提前规避,跟进例外处理。
6. Continue to drive the optimization and innovation, together to improve efficiency and control costs.

7. Analyze KPI indicators and formulate effective control plan to guide team implementation.

8. Responsible for initiation and implementation of the project, monitoring the project progress, and taking effective corrective measures according to the project progress and exceptions to ensure the effective implementation of the project.
