岗位职责Job responsibilities：
1、市场前期或投标过程的现场调查、澄清、应答，系统需求分析和解决方案研究；
On-site investigation, clarification and response of pre-market or bidding process, system requirement analysis and system solution research
2、技术方案编制、论证、比较、决策，系统配置，工程量统计和工程概算，技术标书制定，技术谈判，技术交流讨论、技术宣讲等；
Technical solution preparation, comparison, decision making, system configuration, project quantity statistics and project budget estimate, technical bidding document preparation, technical negotiation, technical discussion, technical publicity, etc.
3、市场前期技术文件审核评价、技术风险识别和对策制定；
Review and evaluation of technical documents in the pre-market stage, identification of technical risks and formulation of countermeasures
4、编制内部培训材料或培训系统，向技术团队提供内部相关培训；
Prepare internal training materials or training system, and provide relevant internal training to the technical team.
5、组织完成海外地区技术标准规范的收集整理，组织相关认证准入以及有关其他质量安全工作；
Organize the collection and sorting of technical standards and specifications in overseas areas, and organize related certification and access and other related quality and safety work.
6、部门制度和投标流程的制定、维护和升级等。

任职资格Qualifications：
1、本科及以上学历，轨道交通信号与控制、自动控制（控制理论与工程）、计算机应用、通信、电子类等相关专业，熟悉国内外铁路信号相关知识；
