Basic Purpose Of The Position(Need to have Eletromechanical background)-To implement supplier quality system including vendor audit, assessment, quality improvement plan in China.-To work with functional departments to solicit suppliers’ quality and delivery performance data.-To improve the quality performance of suppliers.-To ensure suppliers comply with national rules and regulations and meet with quality standard in ISO9000 and ISO14000(if any).-To participate in supplier audit.Principal Accountabilities-Perform Supplier Quality Audit in accordance with standard procedure.-Participate in Supplier Corrective Actions meeting and follow up Suppliers’ corrective actions.-Responsible for reporting of audit status, problematic suppliers, issues and resolution.-Monitor the Suppliers’ quality performance and track their progress against the improvement plan.Education, Qualification and training-University degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering with solid experiences in vendor auditing and supplier quality management.-Fluent in both spoken and written EnglishExperience or skills required-Quality and technical oriented with good inter-personal and communication skill.-Sound knowledge in system thinking and process-Adequate presentation and reporting skill required.-Good supervisory skills.Specialised knowledge or skills required-Familiarize with ISO 9000/ISO 14000/SA8000 standard. Certified ISO 9000 Auditor preferred.-Good knowledge in component characteristics and manufacturing process.
