1. Go deep into the production line and dig out potentially projects.2. Feasibility analysis of project, difficulty degree of equipment realization, scheme evaluation, space layout, payback, etc.3. Risk management and control of projects, experiment, data recording and improvement of key points to achieve project objectives.4. Develop project schedules and be responsible for them.5. Project handover with maintenance department.6. Improve the old equipment to improve the production capability and reduce the failure rate of the equipment.7.
