英语必须流利,有销售经验优先考虑,call center或者BPO流程熟悉澳洲市场和文化有做销售潜质的也可以 Job Title Advanced Customer Services, Inside Sales Representative, Telesales Location Dalian, China Organization Name Advanced Customer Services Department Description Advanced Customer Service Global Systems Desk Sells and promotes Advanced Customer Services (ACS) The Oracle ACS Business Development is focused on growing revenue in its target market of Oracle install base customers in the APAC market. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in the following areas: Customer Service A solid understanding of IT business drivers Achievement in high-volume telesales environment Service sales experience is an advantage The open position requires the candidate to be fluent, with superior local pronunciation, language skills § Must have be superior reading, writing, speaking and comprehension skills in English Knowledge and Skills: Professional: § ABLE TO WORK IN A COMPLEX ENVIROMENT, MANAGE NUMEROUS TRANSACTIONS SIMULTANIOUSLY § Very organized, highly energetic with a competitive attitude § Aggressive self starter with a great attitude and strong organizational skills § Ability to work under pressure of quota and adapt to a changing environment § Able to manage forecast and close cycles to meet strict time constraints § Manage/overcome prospect objections § Excellent verbal and written communication skills § Knowledge of Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel § Projects a positive and professional image § Strong Business Acumen § Fosters internal Oracle relationships § Continues development of sales and technical skills § Successful professional career § Strong quantitative, analytical, and conflict resolution ability § Ability to rapidly respond to customer requests for pricing and quotation Brief Description Manages and completes orders for ACS services directly to existing Oracle customers or through Oracle partners via the telephone Detailed Description As a member of Oracle's Support Sales organization, you will manage a high volume of low value orders from our Systems install base customers. This position is responsible for the end to end deal management of these opportunities including forecasting, contracting, booking, invoicing, issue management and delivery handoff. § Meet and exceed assigned sales target § Drive revenue by quickly and accurately quoting and fulfilling orders for our Systems services § Increase pipeline through outstanding customer services and repeat business § Collaborate with the County Field Sales teams and Oracle business partners on opportunity and account coverage § Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle systems portfolio and ACS services Job Requirements Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Strong analysis and research skills. Ability to partner across functions. Minimum 2 years relevant work experience. BS/BA preferred. Extensive understanding of Support infrastructure; ability to position value of Support in competitive situations; fluent understanding of accounts; capable and ready to engage in complex customer situations with shortest notice. Routinely acts independently in solving issues and fulfilling orders for Oracle’s customers. Excellent communication/customer service and communication skills with customers.
