Job Purpose：To assist AIM GC on AI developmentKey Accountabilities：To assist AIM GC to oversee P&L status by identifying possible PS mishandling, driving the stakeholders for actions and optimizationTo assist Overseas to implement SME business by bridging with Greater China destinations on operations and ratesTo handle SME AI RFQ whenever required and necessaryTo support BD customer development by joining sales calls on behalf of Air Business LinesTo serve as project operation desk on special project in Aviation&Aerospece, e-Commerce etc, bridging vendor and intra-Cluster liaision in order to achieve successful operationTo support SME to tackle operation barrier by coordination with Orign key stakeholders, smoothing Origin operation to achieve agreed services level for customerTo join regular product call with overseas Clusters, work with RDM and overseas Products to drive trade lane growthTo work with Stations & Gateways to maintain AI tariff on regular basisOther tasks assigned by superiorRequirements:Min.8 years working experience in air forwarding Experience on airfreight customer services or operation, in particular on air import Solid knowledge on airfreight and brokerage
