Job Title: Ocean LCL product manager Department: Cluster Ocean Product Location: Shanghai Job Purpose1. Define and drive LCL product strategy in conjunction with the global LCL product strategy in North Asia cluster (GCN, JP and KR)2. Setup and directly manage LCL gateways in North Asia LCL strategic locations.3. Analyses cargo flow, consolidation cost, load factor, net-achieved P track local performance reviews and consolidation performance feedback for cluster review.8. Drive LCL product innovation and solution design in collaboration with the involved BD owners to ensure growth, incentive to sell and improved commercial positioning of CEVA to current and future clients.9. Ensure the operational excellence based on global working process.10. LCL talents hunting and development. Knowledge, Experience 3. 3 years manager level experience4. Fluent Mandarin and English5. Master Microsoft Office Suits;6. Project management skills;7. Data analysis skills;8. Strong presentation skills;9.
