岗位职责:? Responsible for tailor-made consumer education activities planning for eCom (T-mall, JD) and Key Account (Kids’want, Red Baby, LeYou, AiYingShi etc) ? Develop consumer education strategy for eCom platform / KC(s) based on insights, market dynamic and performance; ? Work out annual calendar to drive excellent execution with key building blocks (Consumer Campaigns, Key Festival, Regular P-Class / PS, etc.) ? Collaborate with eCom Consumer Marketing and COT teams on P-Class/PS planning & execution for NUA acquisition with eCom platforms / KC(s). ? Deep understanding on eCom market dynamic, lead cross functional teams to pilot new initiatives as well as activities model exploration ? Develop user experience solutions and NUA program to highly engage and drive conversion. ? Continuously analyze the platform’s competitiveness and position, works together with regional team for excellent execution aimed at strengthening MJN Professional education.? Analyze P-Class / PS efficiency to recommend further activity plans. 任职资格:? University Graduate or above ideally in a business related subject ? 8+ years of working experience in PNE / consumer education with leading team experience. ? Able to translate market trends into business opportunities and specific actions ? Strong leadership and interpersonal skills―capability of building strong working relationships and influencing consumers and internal teams ? Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities. ? Demonstrated success in A&P management, budget delivery and growth momentum. ? Proven ability to be flexible, multi task and drive key projects in a fast paced, high demand environment. ? Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation. ? Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
