Primary Objective:We are looking for a person with broad experience, adaptability, quick learning and excellent problem-solving skills.The candidate also enjoys a dynamic work environment. Candidate will be part of the Telit China Systems Operationsteam that will ensure 24x7 system availability to Telit Customers.Main Responsibilities:- Perform multiple roles on small teams, including customer interaction.- Create and maintain scalable, reliable, consistent and repeatable systems.- Be an excellent problem solver, and roll up your sleeves to tackle any issue thrown your way.- Provides exceptional technical support to customers on a daily basis.- Troubleshoots and develops technical solutions related to software and configuration for the TelitIoT Platform and deviceWISE customers.- Respond reliably to on-call issues as needed.- Collaborate with Engineering to support mutual work efforts and business goals- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and engineering.Qualifications:- Bachelor Degree or higher, 3-5 years in a system administration role.- Proficiency installing and administering some sort of mainstream Linux operating system (AmazonLinux or other Red Hat derivative preferred).- Ability to be on-call 24x7 and a rotation call out shifts 24x7- Experience with AWS, Puppet automation, Nagios monitoring system, Mongodb and git versioncontrol. Strong networking background. SQL experience, Relational databases, Linux and shellscripting experience. Structured Programming, Web Programming, and logic design experience.- Strong oral and written communication skills and able to work well with people. Good Spoken andwritten English- Willing to learn in a fast-paced environment from a team of experts in the field.- Initiative, self-starter, desire to learn new customer requirements, technologies and platforms/tools- Strong organization and documentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability tograsp new concepts and apply them.- Troubleshooting experience of software solutions and configuration issues.- Projects often include database table schema, scripting languages, deviceWISE logic, programming logic to PLCs and other equipment/devices
