Title: Brand ManagerReport to: Marketing DirectorLocation: GuangzhouJob Description:- Brandl Propose product baseline shampoo innovation strategy based on consumer insights and ensure it’s in line with business strategy.l Develop marketing strategies which will be effective in delivering the all year round volume, profit and share objectives, as well as building brand equity among target consumers. l Build the brand with compelling proposition and come alive with quality define core positioning and messaging for product, and deliver product training for sales competency buildl Plan, lead and manage the entire life of a product line from the identification of market opportunities through design development, product launch, market penetration and growth as well as the end of life phase. l Continuous search and capture any new business opportunities to grow business, and couch team to improve productivity.Qualification & Experienceu 7+ years of strong experience in product management and driving new product development, and at least 4+ years of brand supervisory / management experience in FMCG industry.u Bachelor Degree or above.u Strong business acumen and has strategic/ framework thinking.u Resilience, be able to dealing with ambiguity and strong interpersonal /communication skillsu Capable of working under pressure. u Fluent English communication skills.u Team spirit preferred.u Willing to travel when required by business.
