Job description 职位描述:Office Administration / 行政:1. To provide administrative support to FADV Zhuhai staffs.向公司全体员工提供行政支援服务。2. Ensure all the office equipment is working in good order all the times.确保办公室设备正常运行。3. To undertake general office duties, included but not limited to dealing with post, faxes, mailing; monitoring and ordering stocks of basic items: papers, stationery, pantry supply and etc.负责办公室的日常行政工作,包括但不仅限于处理快递、传真、办公室用品使用的监控以及补充,如复印纸、文具、茶水间用品补充等等。Human Resources / 人事:1. Assist HRM to provide HR support on recruitment to the organization, say CV screening, telephone interview, etc.协助人事经理处理招聘相关的工作,如简历筛选、电话面试等等。2. Ensure consistent HR administration across FADV Zhuhai, including onboarding, orientation, personnel movement, exit, annual leave and attendance records, etc.确保珠海首优人事管理的一致性,包括办理入职、入职培训、人员变动、离职、年假管理以及考勤管理等等。3. To assist HRM to organize employee activities. 协助人事经理组织员工活动。4. Other ad hoc jobs assigned by HRM.其它由人事经理指派的任务。Qualification 岗位要求:1. College's degree and above.专科以上学历。2. Fresh graudate or with working experience in HR experienced in recruitment function. (preferred)应届毕业生或具人事行政工作经验均可,有招聘方面工作经验优先考虑。3. Good interpersonal and communication skill. 良好的人际交往和沟通能力。4. Good command of English and good computer skill is preferred. 良好的英文读写能力和办公软件操作能力优先.注:此岗位需要兼顾前台工作,故需坐前台,介意请勿扰,谢谢!
