岗位主要职责：
1、 在部门经理的领导下，开展电池管理系统的功能安全分析及设计工作；
2、 负责电动汽车电池管理系统的功能安全分析与设计，确保产品的开发流程符合ISO 26262的要求;
3、 负责制定BMS产品的技术安全概念和技术安全要求;
4、 参与软件和硬件的设计工作，确保产品的功能安全在软件和硬件层面的得到实施和验证；
5、 监督和协调软硬件集成测试和系统集成测试。
Job responsibilities:
1, Under the leadership of the manager of the department, carry out the function of the battery management system safety analysis and design work;
2, Responsible for the function of the electric vehicle battery management system safety analysis and design, ensure that the product development process is in line with the requirements of ISO 26262;
3, Responsible for the technical safety concept of BMS products and technical safety requirements;
4, Involved in the design of software and hardware, to ensure the safety of the product function implemented in software and hardware level and validation;
5, Supervision and coordination of hardware and software integration ****ing and system integration ****ing.
岗位任职条件：
1、教育背景:
◆电子信息工程、自动化、电力电子、计算机等相关电子专业本科以上学历
2、培训经历:
◆受过汽车电子设计开发等方面的培训
◆受过ISO26262功能安全标准培训
3、 经 验:
◆具有2年以上的汽车电子产品开发经验
◆具有至少1年以上的电子产品
