Job description1. In charge of HS and GWO-BST training managementand assessment for APAC region.2. GWODevelop GWO-BTT training, in electrical, mechanicaland hydraulic modules.3. Training facility and equipment management andmaintenance.4. HS, GWO-BST training record and documentmanagement.GWO-BST training standard following and update.5. Coordinate with HS department keep courseupdating according to HS policy of company.6. Improve, supervise and implement HS andGWO-BST training course;7. Plan and implement HS and GWO-BST trainingsaccording to internal and external requirement.8. Report to Service training center manager.9. Working place main in Tianjin training center, short-termtrip to wind farm for training.
Requirements:1. University or college education background;Major in electrical or mechanical engineering;2. At least 2 years work experience in wind energy industry.3. Atleast 100 h experience as a trainer/instructor on training of safetyand/or technical courses in wind energy industry GWO-BSTBTTexperience preferred.4. Good communication in English, both written andverbalStrong interpersonal skills and communication skill.5. Strong analytical and executiveability.
