DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintains quality engineering programs, standards and improvements within the organization

Job Description
1. Understands customer requirement, develops and initiates product quality control plan and quality sampling, inspection and testing procedure.
2. Collects product quality data and continuously improves product quality. Consolidates and reports quality results.
3. Analyzes Customer complaint, returned products, and corrective action verification and tracking.
4. Conducts quality roving audit to ensure the product and process safety, quality and quality system availability.
5. Confirms and tracks customer engineering change to ensure the ECN is implemented and closed properly.
6. Verify and buy off and qualify new line, equipment and working station.
7. Accompanies customer audit and follows up quality findings.
8. Periodically conduct the quality meeting with customer and internal parties to address quality issue.
9. Product safety (UL, CCC) compliance internal audit, factory audit preparation, accompanying, and action follow up.
10. Lead CIP team to implement Zero Defect Line with Lean and Six Sigma approach

Job Requirements
1. At least 4 years of battery manufacturing experience or 5 years of electronics manufacturing experience.
2. Experience in High precision mechanical assembly will be preferred.
3. Aggressive in quality improvement and team player
4. Fluent speaking & be good at reporting
5. Strong leadership and ownership
6. Good knowledge of Lean (3Gen/VSM/Takt Time/One Piece Flow/Andon Light/Jidoka/Defect Mapping/Fish Bone/5Why/Pokayoke) and Six Sigma
(C&E/Process Mapping/SPC/FMEA/CP/GR&R/DOE)
