Responsibilities:
1. Support the internal Pre due diligence process and Pre deal valuation.
2. Conduct the full valuation of MA target and business plan with support of integration team.
3. Lead the due diligence and subsequent risk mitigation on final documents
4. Assist with other MA tasks related to MA process and compliance.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s and above degree with major in Finance and Accounting;
2. Professional accounting/consulting firm experience will be a plus;
3. Initiative, dedicative, good learning ability and communication skill;
4. Strong knowledge of MA and familiarity with Capital Markets;
5. Available for frequent business trip and can work under pressure;
6. Familiarity with the industrial packaged gas business is a plus.
