岗位职责：
Incoming Inspection – Responsible for incoming inspection team to implement the raw material inspection
based on the MMES in order to meet raw material specification . .
来料检验_ 领导进料检验团队去执行来料检验以满足材料特性可以符合内部规格
Process Audits- Responsible for process inspection through the PQC group & according to step by step from IML and Control Plan requirements.
来料检验_ 领导制程巡检团队根据IML的制程信息和控制计划去执行产品的过程检验
Product Audits - Oversee that both the Customer’s and Falco’s quality standards are met or exceed through the
sampling of parts during in-process and final audits.
产品审核_ 在生产流程中，监督产品质量使之与客户要求相吻合
Final inspection – Responsible for final inspection team to implement the product inspection
based on the IML in order to meet product specification . .
最终检验_ 领导最终检验团队去执行产品检验以满足产品特性可以符合内部规格
Calibration - Responsible for calibration team to implement the calibration on time for equipments and jigs
校验 – 领导校正团队来及时地做所有测试设备及制具的校正工作已
Internal and External Corrective and Preventive Actions - Issue corrective and preventive actions to improve either a particular
FPN or an aspect of the quality system. Follow-up that such action is taken and that action is
effective in solving the Problem.
外部和内部的改正和预防纠正措施_ 发行改正和预防纠正措施以解决单个的产品问题或系统问题并跟踪措施的效果是否有效。
Resolve Customer Complaints and RMA – Follow-up that all Customer Complaints and RMA are resolved on time
and Customer notified.
客户抱怨_ 跟进、解决客户抱怨及RMA
Customer Audit_ In charges of customer audit and follow up of the corrective actions or customer suggestions until they are close and/or implemented.
客户审查_负责客户审查或者建议并跟进改善措施直到结案
ISO 9001 system - As a ISO 9001 Management Representative at FEX ,
Will monitor the system and conduct internal audits to assure management that the quality system is functioning and effective.
ISO9001系统_做为ISO9001管理代表将监控系统并执行内部审核以确保系统有效。
ISO14001 System _Will arrange and follow up the internal audit for ISO14001 system as internal auditor leader and issue the preventive action report and follow up this . Will lead the underling to follow up the responsibility that procedure defined this at internal .
做为内审的组长将安排ISO14001系统的内审工作并且跟进。同时负责和跟进内部的预防措施报告。并且领导下属来跟进在内部文件定义的有关ISO14001方面的职责。
人才要求:
Engineering Degree
工程学学士学位
Certified Internal Auditor for ISO
具有ISO 9001和ISO 14001审核员资格
Ability to write procedures
具备撰写程序的能力
Experience in product and raw materials used in power transformers and inductors.
熟悉电感，变压器产品及相关的原材料
5 years minimum of Working experience on the quality leader or manager. .
五年以上品质主管或经理经验
Written and spoken English （advanced level）
英文读写能力
Experience in **** methods for power transfomers and inductors.
熟悉了解相关电感和变压器的测试知识
