Responsibilities:- Follows up intervention reports- Coordinate travels, visa…- Ensure and follow up office supplies- Deal with contractors for invoicing, purchase order request and eventual claims- Deal with FSE / ISM for the administrative documentation- Preparation engineer’s travel for the intervention.- Follow up purchase order until payment.- Regrouping accounting and administrative data by making dashboard which can be easily used for analysis (update WID).- JPC management- Four shift managementEducation Languages:College Degree or aboveMajor in: English, business management or secretarial fieldProfessional Skills Experience:- Fluent oral and written English- Proficient computer skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint- Proactive- Ability to work with a team- Confidentiality integrity- Skills in organization
