PEM (Project Engineering Manager) is core member of project execution team, assist the Project Manager to execute engineering management on the project, according to the responsibility assigned by Engineering.
作为项目执行团体的核心成员，根据工程部赋予项目工程经理的职责，协助项目经理，进行项目的工程管理工作。
Education / Experience
教育背景及工作经验
Bachelor’s degree or above on Science & Technology or Management, 5+ years working experience in management or Engineering.
理工、管理专业本科及以上学历，五年以上管理或工程设计工作经验；
5+ years working experience in technical position
专业技术职位任职五年以上；
Has the senior technical qualification on engineering or economics
工程或经济类高级技术职称。
Specific knowledge
专业知识
Skilled project management
精通项目管理专业知识；
Good knowledge on enterprise technology and quality management
企业技术、质量管理知识；
Good knowledge on product design and process
产品设计、工艺专业知识；
Good knowledge on English and computer
英语、电脑知识。 Familiar with the rules and the process of project management of the company, can organize the execution of project complying with the process.
熟悉公司规章制度，熟知公司项目管理流程并能组织实施；
Familiar with the process and the related management documents regarding Engineering
熟悉工程设计的流程及相关管理文件；
Familiar with the relationship of Engineering and other functional departments and organize the corresponding technical service
熟悉工程设计与公司其它部门的关联，组织相应的技术服务工作；
With strong communication and coordinating skills
良好的沟通协调能力。
