基本要求/Basic Requirements：
1. Has electromagnetic and microwave knowledge(具有电磁场与微波专业的背景知识)
2.Electrical Circuit Theory(懂电路理论)
3. RF related theory（熟悉射频相关知识）
4. Antenna Theory（懂天线理论）
5. Software design (Matlab, VC++)（使用过Matlab做工程计算）
专业知识和技能/Professional Knowledge & Skills：
1.RF component design (power amplifier, low noise amplifier, Hybrid etc.)（射频部件设计，比如放大器和功率混合器）
2.use CST or other RF simulation tools使用CST或者其他射频仿真软件
相关工作经验及年限/Relevant Work Experience：
两年以上行业工作经验/毕业生也可
专业资格/Professional Certificate：
Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic engineer or electro-magnetic and microwave technology（硕士（优秀的本科生也可以考虑）），电子信息工程专业或电磁场与微波技术专业优先）
基本技能（如计算机、外语等）/Basic Skills(Computer, Foreign Language, etc. )：
CET-4, have good English capability of listening, speaking, reading, writing（通过英语四级，有良好的听说读写能力）
Able to use PROTEL or other PCB tools（能够用电路板工具进行布板）
Microsoft office（能够使用微软办公工具填写技术报告）
其他特殊要求/Other Special Requirements：
Be good at studying new technology 善于自学新知识
Can work active and have team work spirit 对工作积极主动，有团队合作的能力
