分管工程部、安保部、保洁部及停车场，负责运营标准、运营流程的制定、执行和审核;结合国际性场馆***管理模式,并将其融入公司场馆管理准则,从而规范活动日和非活动日的运营流程，建立完善的外包供应商评估办法,协助完善场馆安全流程;参与制定指挥中心汇报和运营规划流程。
Manage Engineering department, security department, housekeeping department, and car parking lot, responsible for developing, implementing and reviewing standard operating procedures. Standardizing event and non-event day operational procedures by adopting international arena best practices whilst at the same time adapting them to the operating principles present in China. In addition establishing comprehensive performance measures for all external contractors will be a key role as will assisting with procedures related to venue safety protocols. Develop a robust command center reporting and operational planning process.
1) 具有5年以上体育及娱乐场馆运营管理经验;
Preferably have more than five years of experience in sports and entertainment venue operational management;
2) 具有一定的体育和娱乐场馆设施设备操作知识;
Have the knowledge of functions, operations and equipment of a multipurpose sports and entertainment facility;
3) 了解适用的公共设施安全标准及安全守则;
Know safety practices and all applicable safety standards for public facilities;
4) 能够参与规划、协调以及监督所有运营事项的进行;
Able to participate in plan, coordinate and supervise the operational activities;
5) 具备相关设施的知识和经验，包括托运，置景，维修，内务，交易，影音，电子，餐饮，商场等;
Obtain relevant equipment knowledge and experience, including transportation, stage construction, maintenance, internal affairs, deals and electric and FB and shopping mall;
6) 能够与各部门主管、下属、客户和公众建立并维持有效的工作关系;
Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors, subordinates, arena tenants and the public;
7) 能在晚上、周末及节假日上班；
Adapt to work at night, weekends and holidays.
