职位要求

Be Responsible for daily sales coordination including sales order, payment collection, distribution agreement, communication between sales team, distributors, and plant team to satisfy the customer requirement
Efficiently co-ordinate with related manufacturing plants, distributors and US to ensure everything is in compliance with the committed production, delivery and shipment schedule
Verify employee expense claim and book-keeping. Monitor departmental specific accounts and analyze costs and spending. Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures
Implement daily FA operations in ETS book. Provide management reporting timely and accurately. Confirm intercompany balances with all of debtor parties and resolving any differences
Other assigned task
任职要求:
Diploma degree or above
More than 3 years of working experience in customer service / sales coordination or similar
Conversant in application of Microsoft Office
Has customer service experience and accounting knowledge is preferred, Accounting Certificate is necessary
Well organized, enthusiastic and results oriented
Proactive self-driven person with high integrity
Strong sense of customer satisfaction and responsibility
Good Communication Skills and team work
