Facilitate communication between Chinese and English speakers, both within Adama and with external parties
Other typical secretarial responsibilities including hosting visitors to country and office -
Qualifications
Fluent English and Chinese as mother language in reading, writing and speaking
3-5 years’ proven experience as office manager/ executive assistant;
MBA degree preferred;
Strong drive to success;
Passion and dedication for the role of office manager/ executive assistant;
Strong interpersonal skills;
Strong communication skills
Proven time management and coordination skills, and ability to prioritize;
Expert level in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
