Key responsibilities:
The Conference Producer should ensure that preparation is complete prior to all conferences and trainings held. You must be an effective communicator and highly organized and efficient to ensure the timely and smooth running of all events. You will work closely with the production team and must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:
- A good university degree with proven managerial skills
- A minimum of 1 years management experience in a related service industry
- Ability and flair to negotiate contracts with key suppliers
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Mandarin
- Able to work under stress and is highly organized
- Previous conference sales experience encouraged

- 英文口语和书写流利
- 良好的团队合作精神, 自信，坚毅并能在压力下工作
- 具有会展行业经验者优先考虑
