KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Product application design and approval, maintain design documentation. 2. Review product designs and development plans for compliance with customer requirements, related specifications, adopted engineering standards, and good engineering practices.3. Prepare design analysis to include: preliminary design, calculation, specifications, and environmental impact, Perform design integrity and cost analysis, creating and maintaining DFMEA documents.4. Connection to BU technical location for the design. 5. Generate customer installation drawings, assembly drawing and part drawings to fulfill the application need.6. Local design responsible for the BOM.7. Write test orders to the lab. for verification and validation of new product variants.8. Review and approve application specific design changes (deviation).9. Provide technical support and expertise to Sale, purchase and Manufacture.KEY REQUIREMENTS 1.Mechanical bachelor or above 2.5 years experience of mechanical engineer 3.Knowledge of automotive industry (passenger or heavy truck) a plus 4.CET 4 or above, oral English 5.Aware TS16949/ISO9000 quality system
