- Fully understand customer needs on each part and related technical standards;
正确理解客户需求以及相关技术标准；
- Keeping and up-dating customer standards;
有序保存并及时更新客户技术标准；

- Design production technology for process on reasonable productiovity and cost according customer needs and current equipment capability, and offer professional suggestion on product function if necessary;
根据客户需要以及当前设备能力，在保证合理产出效率以及生产成本前提下设计产品生产工艺，必要时应给予客户产品功能方面的专业建议；
- Create production documentations ( drawings, Main-cart )for operation;
拟制所有产品技术文档（如图纸，主卡等）；

- Update all engineer documents that are used in company and ensure 100% correct and can be fully understood by operation people;
维护工程文档，确保100%准确以及运营人员正确理解；
- Give technical support to floor production;
为生产第一线提供技术支持；
- Cooperate with sales department on all customer needs changing based on customer focus and company profits;
与销售人员合作应对客户需求变更，致力于聚焦客户需求并确保公司利益；
- Cooperate with purchaser and offer technical support on new supplier developing;
在新供应商开发方面向采购人员提供必要的技术支持；
- Always improving tool design for high productivity and lowering tool cost.
不断改进设计工艺（尤其是模具设计）提高生产效率，降低模具成本。

Requirement:
- Be good at AutoCAD and MS office( word, excel);
熟练使用绘图软件AutoCAD和办公软件；
- Good English communication skill both oral and written;
可以用英文交流；
- Must have good learning skill, as well as interest and enthusiasm in acquiring experience;
擅于学习，愿意了解及掌握新知识；
- Team work member and can work under pressure.
